Keagan Nel - King of Service!

Keagan Nel - I would like very much to express my sincere gratitude to Keagan Nel of King Price, for the absolutely AMAZING service! After 3 days of dealing with other insurance companies MiWay bad attitude, over priced ... Budget ... the very worst in every aspect - memorably so! I had almost given up, totally exhausted by all the agents who all sounded like rusty robots.

But I had the great fortune of coming into to contact with Keagan - a real live human being with a quick and clear grasp of the situation.

We all know that dealing with insurance phone calls and going through the endless repetitive mind numbing process can take a toll on anyone's sense of humour .... and will to live. BUT ... even when I was fresh out of humour and honestly questioning my efforts "Why bother??!!" - Keagan somehow managed to turn it all around. I was grumpy, ratty, irritated but his super calm, positive attitude with great customer intuition managed to 'save the day'. He made a remarkable impression on me - it turned a difficult situation in to a win win. The interaction and his professionalism yet relatable personality made the whole process fairly enjoyable! Hard to believe but true. The manner in which he handled himself, dealt with me and represented his company resulted in myself feeling like a very valued client, by a company who seemed very happy to accommodate my need to adequately insure my 6 vehicles . It was a long process but he was patient with me the whole way, and in my opinion - he is the "KING" in King Price... He did everything he could and more than I asked to ensure I got the best possible premium. Thank you Keagan - you are awesome!
