*** service on the claim department

I was involved in a car accident 3 weeks ago. I lodged a claim with king price and I have to contact them every time in order for something to get done. Now it is at a point where a guy by the name of Piet van Der Merwe, who is in charge of my case, keep in hanging up when I call him . I am very unsatisfied with the way they are handling my case. The call centre and premiums are good but the service is ***. I submitted every document that they asked from me but still no one wants to assist me. It's as if they are trying to find a loophole not to pay for the claim. I was not drunk and I was driving withing the speed limit. Previously they rejected my claim and I ended up paying R16 000 and now they don't want to cover again
