Kagiso Manase made me feel so appreciated and was soooo compassionate about my circumstances and did everything possible to assist Me... great service always gets overlooked... he deserves all good things that comes his way... one of the best service experiences I had in years... Thank u Kagiso for changing my perspective on Call center. I honestly feel like my King price premiums are too high but service like this makes it all worth it
