Recently claimed my phone with KP. It wasn't an easy process as they requested a document from my service provider, which they knew nothing about, but Luke Kirschner came through for me and assisted me in every possible way. I was also kept up to speed with the progress of my claim. My phone was eventually replaced. Thanks KP #WIN
