just cancel my policy

I really do not appreciate the service I am getting from you guys. I called yesterday after receiving review documents and requested to cancel my policy. I was told by an agent that Debbie will call me to cancel seeing that I had spoken to her a month ago. Advised the agent that if this doesn't happen before end of business yesterday I will cancel. Then got a sms from Debbi after 5 advising that I should reply and advise one I am available. Reply where? I called this morning and was advised that she will call me back as she was on a call. Still nothing called back at 10am spoke to arrogant Ashley who told me that we still have time and yes Debbi will call me back. He cannt cancel my policy only Debbi can. Look I do not care about your internal affairs I want the policy cancelled from the 27th October
