JOB INCOMPLETE LEAKING AGAIN

Claim done + - 3 weeks ago pipes repaired instead of replaced tles not replaced and now the same pipe is leaking again I reported it back to Runjay at King price and this is his response:<br> <br> Good day Ms Ogle<br> <br> I have received the report from the plumbers who have confirmed that the piping that you have on the hot water line is polycop.<br> <br> Having polycop piping on the hot water line is not against regulations, however It is no advisable to have this type of piping on the hot water line. <br> <br> The recommendation is to replace the polycop piping on the hot water line with cu tubing.<br> <br> The plumbers have attending to the leak, However replacing the entire polycop piping on the hot water line will be for your account.<br> <br> Please advise if you I should appoint the plumbers to quote on replacing the polycop piping on the hot water line.<br> <br> regards<br> Runjay<br>
