Jay-Lee(KingPrice claims agent) was very helpful and she kept me updated about the status of my claim daily & advised me on the process/steps relevant before my claim could be finalised/approved, It was great to be assisted by her, very knowledgable of the Kings processes/requirements & managing expectations very well.
