I’ve had them for about 2 years, and I’ve had no issues with them. Very helpful customer care, even when cancelling my policy they were very informative. However, they’re not very open about informing you when you are valid for a discounted/reduced premium. Also, their depreciating value policy is very much a gimmick and insignificant in my opinion.
