It’s unacceptable that my car is still not repaired after six postponed collection dates—for simple stone chips repair! It’s been over a month, and despite my complaints, King Price has done nothing to resolve this. This partnership with Fixico has been a disaster. Fixico is the worst thing King Price has done for its claims process. Fixico sends automated WhatsApp messages asking for feedback but do absolutely nothing with it. They claim to be the "future of repair" by digitizing car assessments, yet their picture-based quoting system is flawed. A photo doesn’t show the full extent of the damage. By the time the repairer sees the car in person, they realize the paint is too expensive, hard to blend, or needs more layers. This leads to endless back-and-forth approvals, delaying repairs further. King Price, you can do better than Fixico!
