Its been a month????????!!!!!!!

Its been a month about since the accident and claim process and all I get is empty promises. I was told that Wednesday February 14 that the car will be ready. On Wednesday I had to phone the panel beaters myself only to discover that the car is missing parts that will come the next day. Today is Friday and again I had to phone the panel beaters and I was informed that the claim was not done correctly from the assessor..parts not claimed for and so on... Now, I am being told that the car will only be ready end of next week. I asked the gentlemen about the gearbox of the car and he said that the assessor had to assess but a lot of the time the assessors dont really do their jobs right...the day of the accident the car struggled to go into 1st gear because of the accident...what a joke

I strongly advice the King to send his assessor back to the panel beater and to go and assess my car again, as I now have a call recording on my phone and I can back everything I just said
