I have had the inconvenience experience of being in an attempted hi-jacking in the event there was a brick thrown at my brand new car and the windscreen was so badly cracked, I phoned my insurance and spoke to the kind Gentleman Kreshen who sold me my policy from the Beginning and he then transferred me to a very kind lady called Megan, she had this sincere voice and I already knew that i am in good hands. There was a problem regarding my debit I changed it to a later date as i Changed jobs, so that was the first problem, well not in their eyes they ensured me that my claim will still be successful and i was then transferred to a lady name Sharlene who assisted me with the debit order and we arranged a payment to be made the next day, due to some bank difficulty the debit order was not successful and Sharlene transferred me to a kind lady called MELISSA, who stayed in constant contact with me after being a very irritating client , the team leader Magdaleen let me know that all is fine my claim will be processed. I will recommend anyone to king price not only is the premiums affordable but never have i spoken to such friendly peope in a very long time!!! Well done king price !!!
