It was so nice to talk to Reiner about canceling my insurance. He offered me a safety solution which I did like and have been wanting, just to keep my profile active and have the same rates if I should come back to KP car insurance. I think the customer service at KP is generally good since being with them from 2020. It's easy to talk to a consultant and they call back if you email the right department
