It was my first time claiming with KP since I have been with them for almost five years I think. Ive heard people complain in general about how insurance companies don’t want to ever pay for claims, and how they make things difficult. but the experience I received from the King’s team was truly royal. I claimed for an Apple Watch that broke during a workout and the process was quick, effortless and I have my new watch insured with them and my premium is also less now. I constantly received updates via text, call and email. Everyone I spoke to was also kind and supportive. From JC B who started me off, to Theodore E who ended me off my updating my policy. I’m grateful.
