It was great I didn't have the direct number for the department I was looking for but the gentleman told me to drop the phone and he will call me back and connect me to the correct department and he did that

It was great I didn't have the direct number for the department I was looking for but the gentleman told me to drop the phone and he will call me back and connect me to the correct department and he did that. The lady who was helping me she was so informative and resolved my problem
