It was bad because I had to keep on calling for follow up of my claim, worse part it is about the courtesy car that I am supposed to get on Monday I was told that I have to pay R2000 from it, how was I supposed to know that if I didn't call several times, and it was in the afternoon where am I gonna get that money from, I only knew about R9500 of access fee, I feel it's not far for a client and i was told they gonna get back to me but till now I haven't received anything from King price.

As with all car hire there is a fuel and security deposit applicable, this amount is refunded to you at the end of the car hire period if the vehicle is returned clean and with a full tank of fuel as you received it.
