It is possible in South Africa

Hi my King, I was surprised that this is even possible in today's South Africa. I requested a call back and within one hour I received a call from a beautiful voice (Brenda) which I could actually understand (try FNB or others..). Not only that she was very helpful, but my case was complicated and she solved it with her management. The payout was in 3 days from first contact. Whauu.. On another topic I was offered 0.00 excess for no extra cost.. Blow my mind. Never had an insurance with that incredible service. Thank you.
