Issue with third-party claim not being resolved.

Good day I'm a former client of kingprice insurance. I've been in a accident last year August whilst I was still covered with king price (comprehensive cover) whereby I was confident that any third-party of any kind would be sorted should anything occur. Unfortunately this was not the case and the third-party was not covered or compensated for the damages to his car. Which eventually resulted into him taking legal action against me for R39 880..I've sent numerous emails however this matter does not seemed to be resolved. I'm not financially privileged to setting any financial demands as I'm under heavy financial strain myself. This is causing metal and physical strain on my health and I would like this matter to be reviewed. Please Help
