Is this fair?????

I had a car accident in April 2021 when a well known liquor company’s truck drove into me from the back. The driver was to inebriated to stand on his own two feet.

Long story short, my vehicle was fixed and the liquor company refunded King Price. I had to an excess to King Price, which they promised would be paid back to me promptly. It is almost 9 months later and I am still waiting for my money? Is this fair towards me?

I would really really like to know if this is fair?
