Still waiting for my recordings of ********** 9! Still waiting for Kyle to cancel my current insurance (He put down the phone when that third party connected). But he promises. Still waiting for efficiency. He made two HUGE mistakes, and he has not phoned me back in 1.5 hours for him to phone me back, to ensure this is done and fixed; And he still expects me to phone into the call centre after him. Pathetic service on my first day of "coverage". Is this a Joke?
