Irritated

I am trying to cancel my policy because I am unable to afford the company agents place me hold and no one wants to help and I feel this is abuse.They keep attempting to debit my account and causing unnecessary extra charges.I have bern placed on hold for 5 minutes on the call what nonsense is this.
