IPhone insured but China part used to fix the phone

******** at their best ,My Iphone is ensured at Iphone premiums with this company ,After it fell and broke the screen I logged the claim . they proceeded to send it to Phonetradr who preceded to replace the screen from a third party this screen doesn't work with Polaroid glasses as confirmed by phonetradr . I sent it back to be fixed and got a screen that doesn't fit or even work . I the was asked to get a quote to get it fixed myself all this after even paying a 500 excess . DONT EVER INSURE with them they dont use authentic parts but charge you for the premium phone. -Section 56 (3) of the consumer act
