Intent to cancel

**** poor service. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews were posted by friends, family members or employees of the company in exchange for performance bonuses.

I called to cancel the plan and was told by Unathi that the cancellation/retention department is currently unavailable. She assured me that she would pass on the message and that a rep would call me back in an hour. 3 hours later, nothing. So, I called back, the next person did not bother to entertain the request, they 'politely' hung up after placing me on hold for several minutes. I called back a third time after their failure to honour my request, got hold of a lady named Refilwe. She was polite, sweet and all things wonderful but her attempts at resolving the issue were next to none. She simply reiterated what I had been promised by Unathi in our initial conversation.

This company has left a bad taste in my mouth, if this is the quality of service that I can expect then I sure as hell have no intention of entrusting them with my monthly premiums.
