<div>With lockdown we could not pay our premium last month and arranged for a double payment for the 25tb of this month to keep our insurance going, as we were under the impression that all insurance give you a 31day grace period to pay. So now we had the horific experience where our car was ****** and now refusing to pay out...</div>

Unfortunately as the policies are month to month you are required to pay your premium in advance on a monthly basis in order to enjoy cover. Please refer to page 6 of your policy terms and conditions regarding premium payment.

26 May 2020, 14:32Well we were called and we mede an arrangement and we were in the understanding that we would be covered as we arranged for a double payment. Please be sure that I am about to move our cover for the vihecle we still have to a insurance company that will even have my back in the covid 19 surcumstances. Because king price do not. And you do not even have the ***** to call me.... as one of your people srewed up
