Insurance underpayment for claims

The insurance says they would have paid my whole amount if had not paid deposit of R220000 in Oct 2022. They want wipe of the payment value by over R200000, we have this in their recording

On top of this they never asked about the extras on the car , they admitted to this we have also this on recording. Still on top these fact they don't want honor the extra for a car that was written off less two month by water damage.

I written this to knowing I have strong case, the insurance also agree to these facts and recodings are available. On top this I have gap cover with them and they don't want claim using my gap cover to includes these extras
