Insurance taken money for property that doesn't exist.

I was shopping around for insurance asking for quotes for a vehicle I was to purchase and pick up at a later dare. I arranged insurance with them. The next day I found out that the vehicle was ****** and recovered and I would no longer purchase the car.

I emailed the this and even sent my details through again. They have withdrawn money from my account now. I have money taken from me for a car doesn't exist. I want to have my money paid back to me without excuses or delays.

I have now been on hold for 12 minutes and the sales consultant is giving stories that help me resolve my issue.

I clearly stated via email that I would not be taking the insurance due to the vehicle being a code 2 vehicle.
the consultant failed to supply me with the insurance documentation(policy documents, proof of insurance) now, I have no details to further query.
Call I received this morning did not assist me at all and the consultant put me on hold for 10minutes to return to me with a story that does not help me resolve my issue.
My phone is being sent constant smses about a car tracker.
My money has still not been repaid.
The service has been very poor.
