Insurance Service Excellence
In the new normal world caused by the disruption of Covid19, one would expect that service providers would always say “OUR LINES ARE BUSY OR WE INUNDATED WITH HIGH CALL VOLUME - this is standard. I however must give kudos and high five to one lady from KINGPRICE insurer who promptly responded to my request - I say thank you. You were efficient in your response
