<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I did a claim and my claim number is CKP ********** /1, the send to to someone who will be fixing my car he did a quote and did not include my damanged light, I went to a penal beater i know and he did a quote and for me it was cheaper than the plase they took me and he ib]ncluded the back light that was not part of the accident i had, but i cannot go pay R4500 for a new claim of a light that is cheaper than that where it can be done on one quote, i have a cheaper quote that address everything thats wrong with my car. as king price they find it had to let all the cost be covered to repair everything that is wrong with the car. they want me to have two claims where I have pay my access of R4500 X2 it does not make sense to me and it seems unfair. I went as far as get a cheaper quote to try fixing the light but they do not take that and its seems they in the business of taking money from me than assisting me</p>

As with all insurers, each incident / accident is a separate claim and therefore the excess option you selected applies to each claim. Unfortunately we cannot include other damage on your vehicle into the claim if it is not related to the incident.

That's what I have a problem with and I cannot pay 4500 now and 4500 later for the light that does not seem fair; where the light can be included with my quote I hate just that part and you agent has been much help Anri Quick she helped me a lot. My problem is with that part where I should have 2 claims where I can have just one claim and you fix everything. All of the people are quick to tell me the quote I send them is only R1000 cheaper than the quote the have; but they cannot see the light is only just around the same price so if it's king price paying someone more it's not a problem but when it's me trying to save me cost is a problem that's not fair to me.
