Insurance revuse to pay out
My son had a accident 2 month ago. The insurance is on my wife's name because the car belong to my wife ,however my son had permission to drive with the car and we informed the insurance company and let them now that we gave the son permission to drive with the car .The accident was caused by the other party ,a lady did not stop at a stop street. Now the insurance company said they not going to pay out because they could not find the call that we made to the insurance .<br> <br> SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER KING PRICE

We are so sorry for the way you feel but as per our records we have requested you to supply us with call records showing that you did in fact contact us to change the regular driver but this was not forthcoming. we have been unable to trace any contact made with us to change the regular driver on your policy.
Should you wish to supply us with the call records we will gladly reopen the claim for reconsideration.
