I have been with King Price for 4+ years No claims Thank God! and was looking for cheaper, pay back system I phoned Dial direct for cash back - got a good deal cash back, but also I was not listening on how it works or understanding - not the agent. I then phoned King Price and cancel my insurance with a lady by the name of Lindo Bhangaza "Ace of Diamonds". WOW what a awesome person, she explained the whole procedure did a few changes and to my surprise the monthly payment decreased and excess O none. excluding to fit a new windscreen excess jumped up, which is questionable? That is call CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IS BEST. The only dig I have is this is not assessed on a yearly basis to save costs on the client's side - they wait for you to cancel before anything changes - I assume this is the way Insurance companies make money? I have been extremely happy with King Price. I need to keep costs down.
