Insurance premium

So today I had query for my cat insurance company regarding my premium that had been increased. After I spoke to Genivee Langendorf about the issue she was so helpful and explained to me what he happened as I had not been able to submit my mileage due to my car being in for repairs for over a month now. She made sure that my problem was sorted out and that I would get refunded and also made sure that the premium was put on pause until I have my car back with me. I’m so happy with the ?.
