Insurance policy - Customer Service
I phoned King Price regarding an accident i had on Friday. I was told that the other party can put a claim in against King Price and i don't need to pay his damage from my own pocket. Wowi!!
I was transferred to Gareth van der Westhuizen to assist me in updating our details on the policy and see if the access fee can be lowered. They were able to lower the access fee and my premium did not go up very much.
i want to thank King Price and Gareth for assisting us in this matter!
