Insurance Nightmare

🚫 Beware of this insurance! 🚫 I've been with them for a while, and when it came time to claim, it's been nothing but a headache. 🤯 About a month ago, my car had an accident, and despite having comprehensive insurance, the process has been a nightmare.

Firstly, the claim assessor introduced herself as a "musketeer" on her email signature, and when I asked for clarification, she ignored me. 😒 Then, they insisted on face-to-face meetings, even after I explained my tight schedule. 📅 After providing the required documents, they rejected my claim, citing my refusal to meet in person as the reason. 🤷♂️

I've been trying for a week to get details on the investigation, but my emails have gone unanswered. 📧 This process lacks transparency and leaves me feeling anything but insured. 🕵️♂️ Consider yourself warned!
