INSURANCE MAFIAS

i was involved in an accident on the 05 december 2019 during the rain i have hit 2 big potholes and my car lost control and managed to stop without any major damages but couldn't start....and both driver side tyres and rims where damaged i then called KINGPRICE to assist with a tow truck and since im in the motor industry with RMI accreditation i thought if i take my car to our workshop and fix it it will save me time and money but he KINGPRICE AGENT insists positively and advised me that they might be major damages besides the tyres and rims....it was a warm and lovely service i agreed the car was towed an sms was send to confirm all went well but they muted afterwards up until i decided that its been long i must call KINGPRICE for which i did and spoke to CHARITY which she told me that i ddnt login the claim for the accident(bearer in mind its my 1st time in the last 15 years that i insured and never claimed)i asked her who must put in that claim since i called them to report the accident and they themselves fetched the car,her respond was the tow truck guy was suppose to.....the problem is now being escalated to someone whom doesnt even deduct money from me i then asked to speak to the superior for which the call was transffered to BASSIE for whom we spoke and she immediately logged the claim......then on the 20th of december i got an email from the assessor for whom he claims i had ******* tyres on the car(i buy my stock of tyres at BESTDRIVE FASTFIT WHICH IS A CONTI PARTNER) and the RMI approved and we ACD FRANCHISE regulated....when i joined KINGPRICE my car was taken in for inspection and none of them told me about ******* tyres since they wana milk me monthly premiums....the quote was partially given and i wasnt happy at all i then decided to let them bring in my car back for which i was told he release form on the car was signed i need to fetch thou its not drivable i then asked how am i gona fetch it cant they tow it back the said i must organise my own towing.........babaric loopholes and true colours where shown to me by KINGPRICE for which i dont believe or have any faith in this KINGPRICE yes you are treated as a king just to affiliate but once u have paid and misfortune happens that where you will see what a ROYAL TREATMENT THEY REFFERING TO....to those with kingprice all the best
