Insurance made pleasurable!

I asked on 1 March (by email) for a review of my 2021 premium increase. Today (5th) I received three phone calls I couldn't take, but they persevered and finally Khanyisile Sibanyoni got thru to me about 5pm (on a Friday evening, nogal!), and within minutes we had negotiated a sizeable reduction. She was cheerful, friendly (she laughed at my weak jokes - a miracle!) and all-round a pleasure to interact with. Top marks.
