Insurance Company NOT Delivering on their Promise

I was involved in a minor accident on the 1st of January. <br> <br> After going back and forth with the insurance I still do not have my car and each week they keep saying, the car is almost done and I will get it this week. 48 days later, no one is handling the case with any urgency. I have been taken from pillar to post, I call and leave messages, after a few days I get a response. <br> <br> This happened after: there was an exclusion which is not stated in my policy document, which I then had to pay cash. The insurance then couldn't locate my car, the towing company they had used now had a different name from they had told. <br> <br> 8-10 days later my car was only moved from the towing company to the panel beaters. Its been at the panel beaters since, I have been told about missing parts and now how the paint did not mix well. <br>
