Insurance company delaying claims to third party
My name is Thulile Vundla I have car insurance with king price.my car was in an accident last year October there were delays towards fixing of my car due to parts that were not available.finally the car was fixed in January.I pleaded to king price recovery division to kindly assist me relating to access as there is third part involve in this matter I spoke to Sharon who is at recovery department to send all cost to the third part so that they can pay 30k axcess she refused she told me that it doesn’t work like that I must pay the 30k only then they will start with recovery..
Can you pls intervene in this matter my transport is very costly on public transport so now m I. A position where I am actually paying for two cars which is next to impossible to afford
King price should be more of an assistance to me but irrespective of my request they point blank let refuse to assist
