Insurance claim Rejection

<p>Today i am very disappointed in the manner my claim has been dealt with by king price. Due to our *********** police system today my claim is rejected due to the fact that our police got it wring and due to them noy having correct true and accurate evidence against my Fiance we have to suffer the consequences of our police making false allegations againsy my fiance. This is so deep that Kind Price now states we have not provided them with true information yet we were following their process and we waited on them to communicate with us every step of the way. I wrote a letter this morning the king price ombud and praying for a good result. i feel we were unfairly treated from day one and i am very dissapointed at our justice system this morning. i am in an emotional state. 2 weeks ago we were told our claim will be settled, a week ago we then find out after the AR report was provided now we get told it wont be settled. how misleading is that and how can they now turn around and say we were not forthcoming in providing or keeping info from them when only 3 weeks or maybe longer into the claim we only then get calls to make our statements and now it was actually in fain as they already decided the outckme already even after we were told the claim will be settled. What a way to get out of settling king price. im deeply saddened by this event. how dare police get it wrong with no proof and yet we have to suffer as innocent citizens of this country. we now have 7 days to even collect our car and have to pay a huge bill for the vehicle for where they held or kept the vehicle this whole time. . . . where does someone just get money? so in overall we might anyway loose this vehicle and still have to pay this vehicle and all of this with no accurate evidence or proof 2 court cases behing us both postponed due to lack of evidence. King price im deeply hurt by the allegations made against us, deeply hurt by the results and not prepared to leave it at this. im not dishonest or withheld any information yet we are treated like *********. </p>
