Insurance claim rejected on vehicle

Policy number KP*** Thank you for acknowledging my complaint: Dispute with King Price: No I did not dispute, the rejection with King Price, before approaching your office.

The insurer called me, on Wednesday the 13th of May 2026, and informed me, telephonically that my claim was rejected. I did not receive any letter, email or written correspondence confirming the rejection.

I am approaching your office now, because I have not been given a written outcome to dispute directly with King Price.

King price was contacted, to claim for vehicle accident on the 1st May 2026. The insurer stated the claim telephonically, the claim was rejected due to non disclosure of a previous claim.

I disagree with with this reason because: I answered No because I understood the question to mean claims that were paid out, or outstanding. I did not intentionally hide information. When I took the policy over the phone, the agent did not explain what counted as a claim. I did not intend to mislead King Price. I genuinely misunderstood the agent.
