Insurance claim on a write off

I've recently had my vehicle written off. From the day of the incident the consultants I dealt with were empathetic and professional. There was a bit of an issue with the year model cover where they claimed they had gotten information that my car was a 2018 instead of a 2019 model. I pull out my reg forms and contacted the dealer who sent me proof of the car having been registered in 2019 indeed.

Even before I could make a call back to King price within this info. They called me that they indeed have rectified and reinstated the car back to the correct cover. Besides this tiny incident and not updating the correct retail values the overall experience was smooth.

I appreciate the kindness and professional manner with which this was handle.
