Insurance claim- hassle

I have been with the King price insurance from the past 8 years and did not had a claim other then windscreen damage, recently hail strom damaged my car and it was in November 2023 and i did log a call after the incident CKP***/3, its been over a month and process has not been completed, they have asked me to get the quote from the trusted panel beaters, i have done too as per their request, i sent number of emails to call back but no luck and its been months, The service used to be very good before covid now i can feel the pain and started thinking it is not worth of using their service to be honest.
