Insurance claim

Kingprice sucks. Frustrating Bad customer service. I am currently busy with a claim and it is frustrating because I am dealing with person with no truth. Do not deal with Leon Strydom he is helpless he doesn’t communicate, if you speak to him he always claims he doesn’t have his computer nearby so he “will check” he always buys time and still does not commit to what he says, he will never call you and if you call him he doesn’t answer and never gets back to you. Very poor workmanship and full of lies, a 2 days process will take 10 days because your investigator at Kingprice is missing in action 90% of the time or on leave whilst you claim is hanging. The worst insurance customer service I’ve ever experienced. Kingprice is FRUSTRATING, I was stupid to choose kingprice
