Insurance claim
I insured my iPhone XR for a value of R14000 and was paying around R173pm kingprice called me to upgrade my cover to a better one advised I would get latest phone in the market in an event of a claim and increased my premium to R293. I have recently claimed for a lost phone they offering to give me same XR phone which is around R9000 and still have to pay excess. I have requested recordings of the sale which state that but I am advised it won't help me.

As with all insurers the point of cover is to make sure you are put in the same position prior to the incident occurring hence the replacement would be the same make and model you had.
