Insurance claim

Dear HelloPeter,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against my insurer regarding an unresolved vehicle accident claim that dates back to March 2025.

My husband Was involved in an accident in March, and we immediately submitted a claim to our insurance provider. The claim was approved. However, before the vehicle could be taken i for repairs, a second incident Occurred on our vehicle 2025 04.Since then, the claim process has been frustratingly slow and increasingly suspicious. Recently, we were contacted by an assessor who informed us that the insurer intends to write the car off claiming that the cost of repair is too high. Furthermore, an investigator is now reviewing our network records, specifically my husband's Vodacom usage and location data, seemingly in an attempt to find a reason to reject the claim.

Throughout this entire period, our insurance premium continued to be deducted despite the *** 04.vericle being unusable and the claim still unresolved. We feel strongly that the insurer is trying to avoid fulfilling their obligation to repair or pay out for the damaged vehicle.

We are requesting your urgent assistance in holding the insurer accountable, as this ongoing delay and investigative behavior appear unfair, invasive, and possibly ********, we believe we are being treated unjustly and would appreciate guidance or intervention from your platform.
