Insurance claim

I was involved in an accident on the 25 May 2018 ,my claim was denied as the accessor said I was under the influence of alcohol, the police came to the accident they didn't pump me to check if I was drunk even the hospital didn't take any blood test to check if there any alcohol in my system. The reason why that was not done is that I wasn't drunk at all but the so called ASSESOR from KING PRICE said the people told him so that I was drunk, he didn't have any proof. All they know is to debit the money but when it's time for payback they create their own stories.I regret taking KING PRICE as my insurance ,I this so called assesor sleeps better at night
