Insurance Claim

On Monday the 23rd of October i registered a claim with King Price for malicious damage to personal possession. Long story short, my road bicycle was damaged while driving on the N2 before Mew way, I believe an object was thrown from the side of the road to get me to stop. An assessor was assigned to me case and contacted me on Wednesday informing me that she will be doing the investigation. My problem is that since this whole claim process started it feels more like an interrogation and me needing to prove my innocence with screenshots of my whereabouts, race results, contact to confirm my whereabouts, screenshots of conversations etc.. not once did she contact me just out of courtesy, just more information to prove that this was my fault?? I submitted case number and sworn affidavit. Honestly, I have never felt so violated in all the years that I have dealt with insurance companies. I then sent her an email on Friday requesting status of claim to which there was no response, phoned her yesterday only to be told she's not available. No my question is this, WHERE IS THE ROYALTY SERVICE YOU SPEAK OF KING PRICE!!! because this is disgusting!!!
