Insurance claim
<p>Similar to many I too was sold on the wonderful marketing at King Price. The reviews were attractive and the sales talk was captivating. All led to zero when a claim was lodged. All the promises of a quick resolution soon evaporated by mundane requests and delaying tactics. 3 months since my incident of a simple water claim has not been resolved. Given the professional marketing, the service delivery in the claims department is amateurish at best. Repeated promises of contact to resolve my claim by close of business never materialise.</p>
