Insurance claim

<p>I am having a bad experince with king price and the srevice is poor,there is no professionalism starting from the call center to the management and they do not take customer claim serious..."we will treat you like a queen or a King" &nbsp;</p> <p>Here with details as to what happen with king Price&nbsp;</p> <p>My car was bumped by a stranger in spar wespark three weeks ago and i contacted them for a claim.what happen previously i had an insurance with Miway and claimed for ****** good at our house and miway declined the claim saying that i was not honest with them as i did not tell them the is no house in front of our yard and the question was that are there any houses nearby us and i told them yes and it is a new development area, then they declined the claim and cancel the insurance without telling me and i was not aware thet the insurance was cancelled , then i bought a new car in December 2014 and taken up insurance with my King price in 2015 and on our commucation with King price i mentioned that i had a claim with Miway &nbsp;and was declined and it was only for house hold content and the consulatant mentioned that is not a problem and we continued</p> <p>&nbsp;now that i am claiming for an incident happened three weeks ago, King price (mahlodi from claim department)told me that i was not honest with them regarding my previous insurer(Mi way) &nbsp;and i should have told them that i had an insurance that cancelled my policy and i toldthemm if i knew that mi way had cancelled my policy i would have been honest hence i told them Miway declined the policy and she said they(King Price) gonna have to cancel my policy and refund me and it mahlodi that its ok and later on she came bac is tell me that they can only approve my claim and i can go ahead and fix my car and then they will cancel my policy</p> <p>Than i told her that if King price is cancelling the policy why are they approving the claim if the know or feel that i was dishonest and i insisted that if they cancel my policy they need to refund me my money and i will fix the car myself because there is no point of them approving the claim and cancelling it. and why are tey approving it because they feel i was dishonest. yesterday mahlodi contacted me and tell me that their decision of approcing claim remains and they will cancel the policy and i told them that i am not taking up the offer if you are cancelling the polisy and what ground do you approve and cancel the policy and i requested to speak to a manager , she put me on hold for 30 munites &nbsp;and i sent her emails three times on the same day with no feedback, i then contacted the call center and request the complaint procedure , the guys put me and hang up.&nbsp;</p> <p>i am now taking taxis to work due to the fact that kind price does not tell me were i stand with them and i cannot risk driving the car without the insurance and this is the forth day and they are not contacting me and make their decision as to whether they will refund me or keep me.</p> <p>and now my work relationship is jeoperdise due to myself not having a car and i use taxis to work for the past three days and they i not incontact</p> <p>&nbsp;They must cancell the policy and refund me and i need to take up a new policy with another insurer as soon as possible.Easter are around the corner and i must go to polokwane,how i am i going to drive this long distance without the insuarance.i need this sorted today so that i can make my own decision &nbsp;as to which insurance can assist me.</p> <p>Please assit</p>
