INSURANCE CANCELLATION

I need assistance with regard to a matter pertaining a cancellation I had submitted to the King Price Insurance company.<br> <br> I had previously sent a cancellation letter to the company however they still debited from my account. Firstly the initial debit order was delayed and no explanation was given. Instead I had to follow up with them several times to find out if my details were correct and when the transaction will occur. I then decided to cancel the policy (by sending written instruction informing them of my decision) but the following day a debit order was transacted thereafter it was reversed and this had a negative affect towards my bank balance. I would appreciate it if they would send me a letter which indicates that they have removed me from their system because I am now under another insurance company.
