Insurance application without consent!

I have just checked my credit profile and I see an enquiry was done on my name for an insurance application with King Price!!!

I have not app**** for this insurance and I want an answer from King Price as to how my details were obtained and why my details were run through their system!!! This is ridiculous.

Please remove every single detail of mine off your database and do not run my details for ANY application again. I will take this further if need be as you did not have my consent to do this!
