<p>Bad experience with kingprice as nobody calls back with regards to any email and they nobody will be willing to assist you only when you call back. Now that the premum increases i called the consultant said he will call me back and he never did so i called back and the lady said she cant help me as an increase is an increase but its way too high for me and no one wants to help.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy re rates to keep up the rising costs of parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore !
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
